Yes they are my favorite toys...antique teapots and tea cups, which came from the Jing De Town in China--the most famous place for making teapots and cups. The earth is the key: different earth for different tea leaves. The ones I am using are made of Zi Sha ( 紫砂 ), which are good for making the so-called "old tea", like Pu Er (普洱 ). *chuckles* The temperature of water is important too. If I make Pu Er tea, I'll keep the water in the kettle boiling. Well, the tea tastes real good! Especially after a nice, hearty dinner... It's sort of like a wonderful ending for the night. :D
